Petition to restore driver’s licenses for Wisconsin’s immigrants and low-income citizens Petición para restaurar licencias de conducir para inmigrantes y ciudadanos de bajos ingresos de WI We, the undersigned members of the community, ask Governor-Elect Tony Evers, Lt. Governor-Elect Mandela Barnes, and our state senators and state representatives to include in the state budget provisions that would restore access to driver’s licenses to Wisconsin immigrants who lack a social security number as well as to low-income U.S. citizens whose licenses have been suspended for minor infractions.
